Cinderella is pretty solid proof that a new pair of shoes can change your life (though glass slippers probably aren’t coming in style again anytime soon – for safety reasons if nothing else). Still, we’re big believers that what you wear on your feet is just as vital to your outfit as what you wear on the rest of your body.
If you were in the Loop last week, you may have seen a creative looking crew – cameras and lighting equipment in tow – directing a woman in a fierce green coat back and forth across a busy street. If so, don’t be alarmed, you were simply on the set of Block 37’s most recent photo shoot.

July 4th is one of our favorite party days around here at Block 37. Firstly, the color palette is already done for you (thanks, Uncle Sam) and secondly, you get to eat, drink, and watch colorful explosions in the sky with friends, family, and patriotic strangers. What’s not to love?
